個人簡歷及陳述

大家好，我叫formosa168，出生於西元1978年7月8日臺北市婦幼醫院，生於平凡的大家庭，家中有4人，我是長子，小學念大龍小學，國中念重慶國中，高中念建國中學，大學念臺北市立大學天母校區運動科學學系，父母親是退休人員，爸在台南麻豆種文旦柚及拔樂，媽媽和弟弟做三C產品的電商(進口深圳手機產品)。對中醫藥的認識是從田間的芭樂、文旦柚和龍葵開始(田中有種)，一直到體育常用的活絡油上稀奇的中藥開始:續斷、我術、防風、牛大力、杜仲、毛東膏；高中時期打籃球腳踝嚴重扭傷，一直不退腫，最後一位中醫師用皮；下針針好到吹笛子實用的阿膠、吃的阿嬌膏、綠紅豆湯，又因為小時有氣喘，爸爸教我按穴道止咳；媽媽有時也會用中草藥降火氣，家中的廚房好像是寶庫般，薑黃，不知其名的藥…….，在在都影響生活品質。

    大學期間到市北大修習運動生理學，藥物學，中醫概論日常生活中，針、肩頸酸痛，也常用刮痧及按摩方式解決偏頭痛時的按摩，在生活和做事中，深感法律和中醫的博大、精深、奧妙(曾生重病瀕死被中醫治好)，所以希望學中醫做為終身志業。   

    父母親用民主方式管教我們，希望我們能夠獨立自主，主動學習，累積人生經驗，但他們會適時給予鼓勵和建議，未婚，無不良嗜好，秉性溫和容易相處，具耐心、恒心且善於溝通協調，學習能力佳，從小父母親就非常注重我們的教育和品德，培養我們獨立自主、盡心負責的個性。凡事對自己負責以及多為別人著想，在每個求學階段都有不錯的成績及良好的人際關係。  

    他們會適時給予鼓勵和建議，父母親只對我們要求兩件事，1.注意身體，保持健康，因平安健康就是福，因為沒有健康的身體，就算有再高的才華，再有錢也沒用，用錢也買不回，第二是注重課業。又因為家境不富裕，所以必須專心在課業及生意上。希望學得一技之長，將來才能自立更生。

在求學過程中，小學國中一直有音樂的陶冶，幼稚園及國中階段求學較為順利，我的假日興趣是爬山，讀書累的時候會用音樂陶冶自己，音樂方面我會吹直笛(Recorder)，曾在樂團方面當直笛手，六日也曾擔任孔廟雅樂舞樂班中國笛手(Chinese Flute)，後來進入高中階段，。求學階段在班上曾擔任衛生,總務,數學小老師等工作，中學階段我最喜歡數學及英文。其是英文，GEPT(全民英檢)中級通過，中高級初試通過，TOIEC:620分(Green)，未來讀書計畫首先我已考過台灣全民英檢(G.E.P.T)中級和T.O.I.E.C(Green)，希望轉考T.O.I.E.F和G.R.E，加強英文聽說能力。

應屆學測總級分約50-60級分(英文最好，前接近頂標，理科中化學最好，生物次之，數學，物理，指考考上大同生科,慈濟生科，那時並未在生科找到自己的興趣，只求在轉學中，趕緊半工半讀把大學念完，在生科專業中找不到興趣，後當兵完，半工讀轉學考入臺北市立大學(天母分部)體育與健康學系。本來想輔修教育學程，作文學分修完，已畢業。實修145 學分，而確實我有我做學問和和念書缺點，念書實在非我強項，因家庭經濟因素，得半工半讀，即在時間、經濟和學業間找平衡，我有在努力克服學業，所以多在班上中間位置。認為真正的學生不應是只有會念書，而應該是廣泛接觸各種事物，如果真的想學，大自然皆為手筆，枝頭好鳥亦朋友，落花水面皆文章 。
    計算器方面，會自己修電腦，安裝電腦系統，曾經裝過新O.S(Linux Ubuntu).，假日也喜歡爬山等戶外活動，另外在專長方面，我比較喜歡服務工作，然而風災後曾與長老教會教友一起去屏東林邊救災，曾擔任基督教勵友中心志工, 也曾和北聰校長李榮輝先生一起帶北聰學生去上海第四聾校參訪和比賽，在學期間曾積極參與多項校內、校外各項活動及社團活動，很喜歡籃球，排球，足球等團隊活動，大學期間曾加入系隊及市北大校隊練習，在生科杯及健醫杯擔任副攻舉手，最好成績拿第三名，以上志願服務和英文讓我接觸許多不同的人。不僅打開自己的視野，也學習到待人接物、進退應對的禮儀。讀書計畫首先我已考過台灣全民英檢(G.E.P.T)中級和T.O.I.E.C(Green)，所以希望轉考T.O.I.E.F和G.R.E，加強英文及行銷能力。

    若問我為何到廣州學中醫，因家中務農，做電商，生活、工作中深感法律及中醫博大精深奧妙，中國是中醫的原鄉，希望能學得一技之長，未來想走上中醫一路，所以想申請試讀針灸推拿專業和中醫。未來職業理想是學以致用到生活、工作中，希望能有機會試讀及學習中醫及針匛基本知識，希望申請試讀及免試。希望將來畢業後，能有機會回福建、南京、黑龍江和內地西北服務。

Good mourning everybody,ladies and gentleman , my name is Leo Chenghan Wei,  born  on August 14, 1983 in Taipei City Women and Children Hospital.I had been born in a ordinary ,happy and harmonious  family, There are 4 people in my family , I was the eldest son, I studied at Dragon  elementary school of Taipei, then studied in the Chongqing Junior high school in Taipei. Afterwards s,I  studied in Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School In my college period,I studied in  the University of Taipei Municipally.I was graduated and rewarded a scientific bachlar of sport science .

There are 4 people in My family   ,my mother, father, and a little brother, At first ,living in New Taipei city and then moved to Taipei. At that time ,my dad got work in a machine factory. From my earliest days, I knew our family had to struggle for every penny. My mom  and brother earn his living in 3C products(imported from Shenzhen), my brother sold products at Taiwan net markets. Our struggle to make ends meet only made me appreciate hard work more and developed a never-give-up personality.

Now,My parents was   retired and planted fruit like pomelo and guava in Madou,Tainan City happily,such as pomelos ,Solanine Solanum lycopersicum and Solanum melongena in the Tainan madou, and my understanding to the Chinese medicine understanding was from the farm ,banana and pomelo and Solanine Solanum, In senior ,I got seriously injured in my knee ,I curiously studied the sports ointment ingredient like strange Chinese native medicine .And I played chinese  bamboo flute need a kind of glue that just produce in Shan-tung, because  I have asthma,father teached me to relieve a cough according to press the acupuncture point, and sometimes mother also useand  boil the Chinese medicine and chinese herb tea .My family's kitchen is probably like the chinese medicine and food treasure toom, turmeric yellow, that does not know its  name ingredient.......

My University period I studied physiology of exercise, the pharmacology, in the Chinese medicine introduction in daily life, Sometimes I went to see a doctor who using the needle to pin my acupuncture point, the shoulder neck pain is released, also scrapes the skin commonly used and time the I wastaken massage to be a way solution .In my daily lives and works, deeply felt the Chinese medicine law ,marketing and the important ,great, profound, mysterious (once been closely dead but be cured by Chinese medicine and acupuncture point), therefore I wanted to study in the Chinese medicine in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine to do and regard it as and serve as the lifelong work and job.   

    The parents teach us with the democratic way,and  they just hoped we can  maintain independence and keep initiative, initiative study, accumulation life experience, but they can suggest at the right moment and give  encouragement and the suggestion.So I do not have bad habbit such as smoke and drink and bad hobby,so I do not smoke and dislike others smoke at the same time. Touching and Feeling nature easily ,has the patience like nature , My characteristic is not only being the perseverance but also is good at communicating the coordination,besides my  learning capability is good, since childhood my parents  extremely pay great attention on our education and the personal character, trains us to maintain independence and keep initiative, with all one's heart the responsible individuality.,

       In studies process, I always has music influenced, in the preschool to  college, my studies in junior and elementary is smooth. My holiday interest is the mountain climbing, studies the tired time can use music like playing flute to relax ,music aspect I can blow straight flute (Recorder), once was on duty the flute in the philharmonic orchestra aspect, on sixth also once held the post of the Confucian temple elegant dancing to music happy class China flute (Chinese Flute), afterwards entered the high school stage.Studied the stage once to hold the post of the health in class's, the general affairs, work and so on mathematics young teacher, the middle school stage I most likes mathematics and English.It is English, GEPT (all the people England examines) intermediately passes, the intermediate and senior preliminary test passes, TOIEC:620 minute (Green), will future study the plan first I to test Taiwan all the people England to examine (G.E.P.T) intermediate and T.O.I.E.C(Green), hoped the extension will test T.O.I.E.F and G.R.E, enhancement English hears ability.

Graduates study measured a total level minute 50-60 level of minute (English is approximately best, the first close topmarks, refer test pass an examination the greatly contemporaneous branch, aids kindly lives the branch, at that time by no means in lived the branch to find own interest, only strove for in to transfer schools, hurried the work-study program to read the university, in lived in the branch specialty not to be able to find the interest, latter became a soldier, partly worked part-time and study part-time transfers schools was admitted Taibei Municipally established University (day female branch) the sports and the healthy department.Wants auxiliary to repair the education course originally, the thesis school grades repaires completely, has graduated.

    If you ask why I went to Shan-tung to learn Chinese medicine, due to family farming, do electricity business, life, work and TCM Bo large legal deeply profound secret, China is the homeland of traditional Chinese medicine, hoping to acquire professional skills, all the way to the future want to embark on TCM Therefore, I would like to apply for a trial of acupuncture and massage professional and law ( medicine, health ) and my future professional ideal is to use it to study and apply to life and work. I hope to have the opportunity to read and study the basic knowledge of Chinese medicine and law, and I hope to apply for trial and exemption.       I hope that after graduating in the future, I will have the opportunity to return to Fujian or Heilongjiang and the northwest of the Mainland .
